Cancellation policy and reschedule policy

48 hour notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment. if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of a class you will lose any payment you have made. no refunds will be given on any classes. If you're more than 10 minuets late for the class you will have to register again for a different date. if you fail to show for your scheduled class you will forfeit any payments made for that class.

We needed to put this policy in place due to the high number of students arriving for class up to one hour late or not showing for a scheduled class.
